How do I become a seller on GiftedFromIreland.com?

We are currently only seeking makers of children's products, handbags, slippers, Christmas themed items, artisan foods, sustainable living & ceramic tableware.

We aren't currently seeking makers in other categories but if your work does fall into one of these categories, or you are interested in becoming a seller on GiftedFromIreland in the future then we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch through our Contact Us page.

I would like to buy a piece as a gift, can I have it shipped directly to the recipient?

Of course, when you are checking out you just need to enter your own details under the "Billing Address" section, and the recipients details n the "Shipping Address" section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most of our makers can ship their pieces internationally. On each product page you can find details of shipping and costs by clicking the "Seller Shipping Fee" button.

I am having trouble logging onto my account

We would advise to reset your password. Go to the log in page and select reset my password. You will receive an email with the reset link. This can take up to 30 minutes, make sure to check your junk and spam folders.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you can do this by selecting the account icon at the top of all the pages on www.giftedfromireland.com

My order is overdue, how can I track it?

Log into your account, select the product you are querying and look for shipment update from the seller/partner on the order page.

Please note that An Post and many courier services are experiencing some delay at the moment so if you are ordering for a special occasion then make sure to order in plenty of time.

I have a query about a product I ordered, how do I contact the seller/ partner?

You have two options.

1: Set up an account by clicking on the "person" icon on the top right of the homepage. Then you can log into your account, select the product in question and click "ask a question to the seller". If you don't have an account then you won't be able to view the response.

2.Contact us directly through our Contact Us page. Please make sure to let us know the product and the maker that your query is in relation to.
