This is a printed illustration of Youghal Lighthouse in County Cork, Ireland, one of the many Irish Lighthouses in breathtaking locations around the Irish Coast.
Built in the heart of Youghal town on the site of an old convent there has been a lighthouse here first in 1202.
The lighthouses illustrated in this set are located along The Wild Atlantic Way and Ireland’s Ancient East.
If you can’t manage a visit that you can come close with this lovely print, bringing a bit of their rugged romance into your home or office with an illustrated print.
Hand drawn digitally in my studio right on the edge of the Atlantic right between the Old Head of Kinsale and Galley Head lighthouses.
This print is on 315gsm heavyweight art paper with a sumptuous silk finish.
Available in 2 sizes mounted in a heavy board measuring:
- 203 x 153mm (8” x 6”)
