This is a bowl made from the wood of an Elm Tree close to a natural Burr. The burr is a gnarly growth that is sometimes found on the side of trees. It causes the unusual grain pattern which enhances the appearance of the wood. It is finished with Danish Oil which is safe for use with food. The dimensions are approximately 23cm wide x 12 cm high or 101/2" x 5".
