This is a printed illustration of Blacksod Lighthouse in County Mayo, Ireland, one of the many Irish Lighthouses in breathtaking locations around the Irish Coast.
Built at the southern end of the Mullet Peninsula in County Mayo it’s where the famous weather report was called that delayed the D-Day landings due to bad weather.
The lighthouses illustrated in this set are located along The Wild Atlantic Way and Ireland’s Ancient East.

Created in my studio right on the edge of the Atlantic right between the Old Head of Kinsale and Galley Head lighthouses at the south west coast of Ireland.
Available in 2 sizes mounted in a heavy board measuring:
- 20 x 20cm (8” x 8”) | image size: 15 x 15cm
- 30 x 30cm (12" x 12") | image size: 20 x 20 cm
They come wrapped in a cellophane bag for extra protection. The framed option has a locally made frame in white coloured hardwood.
